Very poor quality ice cream it was bad and made me sick. I did inform them that was bad and didn't want it but the lady said she couldn't make me another. Very disappointed never coming back to this place I lost $15 but they lost a client 😕 Very sad

Great service stopped by today. Not a lot of people at this location brought my son because he wanted some ice cream. The girl helping today was amazing great service.

I had the BEST experience at Cold Stone thanks to Jackie! I ended up with the most delicious combo of strawberries, and it was heavenly. Jackie didn’t just serve ice cream; she served happiness in a cup (with extra sprinkles of kindness)! You can tell she really takes pride in what she does, and it made my visit feel extra special. Cold Stone is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be back—partly for the ice cream, but mostly for Jackie’s incredible service!
